Local Security Respondent area Brussels

As Local Security Respondent, you are member of IT Security and Facility Support Operations team within Operations.

· Provide the IT accesses required by the Business.

· Offer support to the Business for every technical issue (acknowledge the problem, solve or refer the client towards a point of contact in order to solve the problem.

· Ensure the respect of the clients security model, its ethics and its rules (ensure the utilization of the bank standard applications).

· Ensure the training (tasks and responsibilities of the line managers and security officers).

· Document and setup the service processes (user guides, notes, procedures) and make them available.

· Develop the necessary tools (reports and applications) for the local control of the access distribution

Tasks:

· Provide the IT accesses required by the Business (more than 4000 users)

· Function as the middle-man between the Business, the applications and IT Security.

· (Acknowledge the needs, seek agreements with responsibles for applications and transmit the file to IT Security for rollout towards the Business).

· Adapt the needs and the rights for every structural change within OPS (AS-IS -> TO-BE adjustment with package reshuffling). Manage the migration files for every modification of structure within OPS with updating of the IT needs. Ensure to reintegrate as soon as possible the applications that were left out by mistake and make them available.

· Offer support and organize moves in collaboration with the Facility Respondents in the same team.

· Participate in centralized integration projects (Xbow, Adapt,…).

Skills:

- Dutch/French. English is an asset.

- SQL knowledge MSOffice 2003 programming experience (Excel, Access,...)

- Overall IT background in systems or applications: Mainframe, PC, Windows,

Internet,..

- Knowledge of the banking environment

- Start date: 01/10/2010
